The industrial chimney design service begins with an in-house engineering analysis of the operational and environmental requirements and a recommendation regarding chimney type and construction materials. ICC has full-time professional engineers on staff registered in many states and has had many years of experience in the design and construction of:
- radial brick chimneys, lined or unlined (lining may be firebrick, acid-resistant brick, steel, FRP, or gunited technical cements)
- steel and stainless steel stacks, lined or unlined (lining of technical gunite, brick, steel or refractory)
- steel stacks with dual-wall Insulair insulated steel interior lining
